Former WEC middleweight champion, Paulo Filho and UFC-veteran Dan Lauzon have signed a multi-fight deals with the World Series of Fighting. No word on opponents as of yet, but Lauzon is expected to debut in February and Filho in March.

Paulo Filho ended a three-fight winless drought with a 47-second knockout of Murilo ‘Ninja’ Rua at a regional show in Brazil last September. He previously lost back-to-back decision losses to Ronny Markes and Norman Paraisy, then fought to a draw with Satoshi Ishii.

Dan Lauzon was released from the UFC in May of 2010 after an 0-2 stint with the promotion. Since his departure, he’s amassed a four-fight win streak, including TKO victories over John Ortolani and Noah Weisman. Most recently, Lauzon earned a first round TKO victory over Anthony Kaponis at a Premier FC event in December of last year.
