Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson was clearly not been happy during his last few years with the UFC, and it showed in his performances in the cage, losing his last three fights with the promotion. In September of 2011, Jackson earned a chance to regain his world title against Jon Jones at UFC 135, but was submitted by the champ in the fourth round. He then had back-to-back uninspiring performances against Ryan Bader and Glover Teixeira, losing decisions to both to end his contract with the UFC.

Former UFC light heavyweight champion, Tito Ortiz will return to fighting despite going just 1-7-1 in his last eight fights. At UFC 132, Ortiz shocked the MMA universe by tapping out Ryan Bader in the first round with a guillotine choke, but followed that performance up with three-straight losses to Rashad Evans, Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, and Forrest Griffin.
