Bryan Caraway rebounded from a controversial split decision loss to Takeya Mizugaki at UFC on Fuel TV 8, stopping Johnny Bedford in the third round with a guillotine choke at UFC 159. He’s now 3-1 in the UFC since his time on the fourteenth season of the Ultimate Fighter, including submission wins over Dustin Neace and Mitch Gagnon.

Since losing to uber-prospect Edson Barboza in his UFC debut, Lucas Martins has now won back-to-back fights in the octagon. He rebounded from the Barboza loss with a third round knockout victory over Jeremy Larsen at UFC on FX 8. Martins then dropped two weight classes to the bantamweight division, and ran through Ramiro Hernandez, earning the submission win in just a little over a minute into the opening round at UFC Fight Night 28.

Alexis Davis extended her win streak to four at UFC Fight Night 31, with a dominant unanimous decision victory over former title challenger, Liz Carmouche. Other notable wins during the streak, include submission wins over Hitomi Akano and Shanya Baszler, and a decision win over Rosi Sexton in her UFC debut.

Jessica Eye proved an extra ten-pounds won’t be a problem for her after earning a split decision victory over perennial top contender, Sarah Kaufman in her UFC debut. She’s now won eight-straight fights in her career, including key wins over Angela Magana, Zoila Frausto Gurgel, and Carina Damm.

James Krause’s UFC debut was a life-changing experience for the Kansas City based fighter, submitting MMA veteran Sam Stout in the third round at UFC 161 and earning $100,000 in bonuses for “Submission of the Night” and “Fight of the Night”. He’s now won eight-straight fights, including wins over Guilherme Trindade, Joe Jordan, and Toby Imada.

Strikeforce transfer, Bobby Green made a name for himself with a comeback third round submission victory over Jacob Volkmann at UFC 156. He’s now won five straight fights in his career, including victories over James Terry and Matt Ricehouse.

Liz Carmouche earned her first UFC victory at UFC on FOX 8 in impressive fashion, stopping young prospect Jessica Andrade in the second round via TKO. In her promotional debut, Carmouche fought Ronda Rousey to crown the first UFC women’s bantamweight champion, but was submitted in the first round.

Alexis Davis was successful in her UFC debut, dominating Rosi Sexton for three rounds en route to a clear-cut unanimous decision victory at UFC 161. She’s now on a three-fight win streak, including submission victories over Hitomi Akano and Shayna Baszler.
