Roger Gracie was successful in his middleweight debut, following a dominant unanimous decision victory over UFC-veteran Keith Jardine at Strikeforce: Rockhold vs Kennedy. Gracie dropped weight classes after suffering his first professional loss, a devastating first round knockout loss to Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal in September of last year.

Anthony Smith has revived his mixed martial arts career since December of 2010, winning nine out his last ten fights, including a 2-1 record for Strikeforce. Smith is currently on a three-fight win streak, most recently defeating rising prospect Lumumba Sayers with a first round triangle choke.
