Aleksandra Albu suffered an injury while training for her UFC Fight Night 33 bout with Julie Kedzie has forced her off the card, and now UFC-newcomer Bethe Correia will replace her.

Women’s MMA pioneer, Julie Kedzie is in desperate need of a victory, losing her last three fights dating back to July of 2011. Kedzie made her UFC debut at UFC on FOX 8, dropping a hard-fought split decision against Germaine de Randamie. Previously, she fought twice under the Strikeforce banner, losing a decision to Alexis Davis and a third round submission loss to Miesha Tate.

Bethe Correia has been fighting professionally for a year and half, amassing a perfect 6-0 record in the Brazilian regional MMA scene. Five of her six wins have come by decision, including her latest performance, a unanimous decision victory over Erica Paes at Jungle Fight 54.
