Kansas City’s own, Bobby Voelker finds himself in a must-win situation heading into UFC 168, following an 0-2 start with the promotion. He then took a short notice fight against Robbie Lawler at UFC on FOX 8, and suffered a second round knockout loss.

Ultimate Fighter: Brazil 2 runner up, William ‘Patalino’ Macario fell just short of being crowned the show’s winner at UFC on Fuel TV 10, following a second round submission loss to Leonardo Santos. Patrick Cote drops to welterweight following a 1-1 stint as a middleweight in his return to the UFC. He went 4-0 in the regional MMA scene after his release from the UFC in October of 2010. In his return, Cote lost a unanimous decision to Cung Le at UFC 148. Most recently, Cote earned a disqualification win over Alessio Sakara, due to numerous shots to the back of the head.

Strikeforce transfer, Bobby Voelker gets a shot in the UFC on the heels of a three-fight win streak, including two TKO wins over highly-touted prospect Roger Bowling. During his time in Strikeforce, Voelker also earned a TKO victory over Erik Apple and a split decision win over Cory Devela.
