Since losing the tournament finale on the fourteenth season of the Ultimate Fighter, Dennis Bermudez has won an impressive five-straight fights in the UFC, most recently earning a unanimous decision over Steven Siler at UFC Fight Night 31. Other notable victories include decision wins over Pablo Garza, Matt Grice, and Max Holloway.

Jimy Hettes returned after a year-long lay off at UFC Fight Night 30, submitting Robert Whiteford in the second round with a triangle choke. The win was a rebound from his first professional defeat in his previous fight, losing a unanimous decision to Marcus Brimage in September of 2012.

The first ever women’s Ultimate Fighter winner, Julianna Pena, returns for her sophomore appearance in the UFC following a first round TKO victory over Jessica Rakoczy in her promotional debut. The win officially snapped a two-fight losing streak, including a TKO loss to future cast mate, Sarah Moras in April of 2012, but Pena would avenge the loss on the show.

Jessica Andrade got her first victory in the UFC with a dominant unanimous decision victory over Rosi Sexton at UFC Fight Night 30. She made her debut in July of last year, but lost by second round TKO to former UFC title challenger, Liz Carmouche at UFC on FOX 8.

Lentz has quietly gone an impressive 8-2-1 during his time in the UFC, and a couple more wins will surely put him in title consideration.

Ultimate Fighter 15 winner, Michael Chiesa took a big step up in competition at UFC on FOX 8, taking on former Strikeforce title challenger Jorge Masvidal, but was submitted in the second round. The loss ended a nine-fight win streak to begin his mixed martial arts career, which included UFC victories over Al Iaquinta and Anton Kuivanen.

Colton Smith flew under everyone’s radar to win the sixteenth season of the Ultimate Fighter after he defeated Mike Ricci unanimous decision in the show’s live finale. In his sophomore appearance, things didn’t go quite as well for him against TUF: Smashes winner, Robert Whittaker, who battered Smith until the stoppage finally came in the third round at UFC 160.
