CFA’s lightweight champion, Yosdenis Cedeno gets the call up to the big leagues on the strength of a current six-fight win streak, including a split decision win over Strikeforce and Bellator veteran Torrance Taylor last October. Six of Cedeno’s nine career victories have come by knockout, last one coming against Ryan DeRocher at CFA 9.
Ernest Chavez hasn’t stayed active very long in his mixed martial arts career, but remains unbeaten at 6-0 in nearly six years of fighting. He last competed at BAMMA: Badbeat 9 last May, stopping Jorge Valdez in the third round by knockout.
