Mike Pyle’s four-fight win streak came to an end in spectacular fashion at UFC Fight Night 26, suffering a 29-second knockout loss to Matt Brown in the fight’s opening frame. During his streak, he had three consecutive knockout victories over Ricardo Funch, Josh Neer, and James Head. Pyle’s latest victory was a razor-thin split decision win over Rick Story at UFC 160.

TJ Waldburger has gone 3-2 in his last five fights in the UFC, including submission wins over Mike Stumpf, Jake Hecht, and Nick Catone. But in a little over a year, he’s lost two out of his last three fights, a decision loss to Brian Ebersole and most recently a first round knockout loss to Adlan Amagov at UFC 166.

Matt Brown extended his win streak to five, with a impressive second round TKO victory over Jordan Mein at UFC on FOX 7. Four out of five victories during the streak have come by knockout stoppages, including wins over Chris Cope, Luis Ramos, and Mike Swick.

Mike Pyle won his fourth consecutive fight in the octagon with a closely-contested split decision win over Rick Story at UFC 160. At 37-years old, Pyle has put himself in upper echelon of UFC welterweights, winning seven of his last eight fights since June of 2010.
