Ultimate Fighter: Smashes alum, Mike Wilkinson has a last minute injury while training, and has been forced out of his UFC Fight Night 30 bout with Jimy Hettes. Scottish featherweight, Robert Whiteford will take his place and make his UFC debut on less than a week’s notice.

At UFC 152, Jim Hettes suffered his first loss of his career, dropping a unanimous decision to Marcus Brimage. The loss snapped his ten-fight win streak, which included two UFC victories over Alex Caceres and Nam Phan.

Robert Whiteford makes his UFC debut on the strength of a current ten-fight win streak, dating back to November of 2009. Six of his ten wins have come by stoppages (5 KO/TKO, 1 Submission). Most recently, Whiteford defeated longtime MMA veteran, Paul Reed by unanimous decision at a Scottish Fight Challenge event last June.
