Vladimir Matyushenko was released from the UFC in January, following a two-fight losing skid inside the promotion. After a 4-1 start to his UFC career, he had back-to-back first round stoppage losses to Alex Gustafsson and Ryan Bader.

Former Bellator light heavyweight title holder, Christian M’Pumbu returns to action for the first time since losing his belt to Attila Vegh at Bellator 91. He previously lost a non-title affair to Travis Wiuff, getting dominated in the wrestling department en route to a unanimous decision loss.

Matt Hamill returns only a year later after retiring, following his second round knockout loss to Alexander Gustafsson at UFC 133. The loss was his second in a row, also losing a unanimous decision to Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson in May of last year. His last win was over his coach in the third season of The Ultimate Fighter, Tito Ortiz, which he won by unanimous decision.

Maximum Fighting Championship and Bellator veteran, Roger Hollett will make his promotional debut at UFC 152 after all. Hollett is currently on a five-fight win streak, which includes victories over fellow Canadian prospect, Martin Desilets and John Hawk and Bellator 57.
